Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat stres mahasiswa semester 5 Program Studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Nusa Putra dengan memanfaatkan algoritma ID3. Stres di kalangan mahasiswa sering dipengaruhi oleh tekanan akademik, kualitas tidur, dan faktor eksternal seperti kondisi sosial dan keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuesioner yang diisi oleh 90 mahasiswa untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap tingkat stres. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa manajemen waktu adalah faktor dominan mempengaruhi tingkat stres, diikuti oleh kecemasan ujian dan pola makan. Model ID3 menghasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 61,11%, menunjukkan efektivitas algoritma ini dalam mengidentifikasi pola hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi stres mahasiswa. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan untuk pengembangan intervensi, seperti pelatihan manajemen waktu, konseling dan edukasi gaya hidup sehat guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan mental mahasiswa.
